Tecnonauta.com Returns and Refunds Policy

Effective date: July 9, 2024.

General Information

The websites www.tecnonauta.com and shop.tecnonauta.com are operated by NEOX Producciones Digitales S.L. (hereinafter, "Tecnonauta"), and the manufacturing of NAUT glasses and shipments are managed by TECNOLOGÍA SOSTENIBLE Y RESPONSABLE S.L. (hereinafter, “Reticare”).

Introduction

At Tecnonauta, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your NAUT glasses. If for any reason you need to return them, here is our return policy:

Return Period

You have a period of 14 days from receiving the glasses to request a return.

Return Procedure

To start the return process, please contact our customer service by filling out the form provided, including your order number and details of the glasses you wish to return.

Return Costs

- For returns within Spain (excluding the Canary Islands), return shipping costs will be covered by Reticare—returns are free for you.
- For returns outside Spain and the Canary Islands, the buyer must cover return shipping. Please use secure, tracked shipping; Tecnonauta is not responsible for lost packages.
- For RetiNaut Magnifying Glasses, a €30 fee applies for management and manufacturing. If exchanged for other glasses, this fee is waived, but shipping of the replacement product must be paid.

Refund

Once the returned glasses are received and verified to be in perfect and unused condition, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Refunds may take several business days depending on your bank or financial provider. For RetiNaut magnifying glasses, the above-mentioned €30 fee will be deducted unless they were exchanged.
